"‘Simmer Elite’ Wig by Raquel Welch"
I got myself the ‘Simmer Elite’ wig from Raquel Welch, and let me tell ya, I absolutely adore it! Out of all the wigs I've bought from “Wig Salon”, this one takes the cake! It's just gorgeous!

This wig is quite popular and was on “backorder” with no “tentative date” in sight, but I decided to go for it anyway and was ready to wait. To my surprise, it arrived pretty quickly, which was a nice bonus.

I've been ordering wigs from “Wig Salon” for around 13 years now, and their “Customer Service” has always been top-notch. I've had nothing but good experiences, so I’ll keep coming back. They really know how to help out their customers.

"My Experience Ordering from Canada"
I've been placing orders from Canada and working with Wig Salon since 2009, and Mr. Joseph has consistently provided me with top-notch service and quick shipping. I've never needed to make an exchange. Their wigs are fantastic, the prices are fair, and the service is always professional and friendly.

"Unprofessional Service from Wigsalon"
The so-called "customer service" at Wigsalon is just plain awful—lazy, greedy, and totally unresponsive. Seriously, just go somewhere else.

I placed an order, paid for it, and sent back a legitimate return, only to get snarky replies when I reached out for help. I regret ever dealing with such a money-hungry company! It didn’t cost them a thing to just toss that wig back on the shelf!

Now, let me tell you about Barb from Wigsalon. She’s honestly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. As a woman going through chemo and facing baldness, I didn’t deserve the harsh treatment I received from her just because the wig I picked didn’t suit me. This was supposed to be my first wig!

I asked early on for someone else to assist me—literally anyone but Barb, but she seemed to enjoy being a total witch. Barb is nasty, cruel, and rude, and I absolutely do not trust her to process my refund. I opted for a refund because I refuse to support a business that treats customers with such cruelty. For crying out loud.

"Loyal Customer for Over a Decade"
For more than 13 years, I've been getting my wigs from WigSalon.com. After going through chemo, my hair didn't really come back the way I hoped, and the wigs I buy here make me feel more like myself and boost my confidence. I've tried everything from basic acrylic wigs to high-quality European human hair. Whenever I have questions, the owner himself often steps in to help me out—he even took pictures of two human hair wigs in the warehouse to assist me in picking the right color. In all these years, I've only faced one issue (human hair can be a bit tricky since each piece is different!), and the owner was super helpful in resolving it. You just can't beat their prices or the expertise of the customer service team. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!

"Awful experience! Customer service is a nightmare!"
Be cautious of Barbara (Sales Associate T: 1800-262-8437 Ext: 302) because she is incredibly rude! Shopping for a wig online is tough enough, but these folks make it even harder. I've never encountered such poor customer service in my life. The treatment I received here was completely lacking in decency. Once they have your business, they treat you poorly! My last order took three weeks to get here, and it was only shipped after I called to complain. How do these types of businesses even survive?

The customer support here is top-notch. Joe really understands wigs and is super helpful with advice on colors, fibers, and more. Ever since I got my first wig from Wig Salon back in 2017, I haven’t shopped anywhere else. This place is my favorite!

"Awesome spot for wig shopping."
The staff was super friendly while I picked out the ideal wig. The hair color suited me perfectly, and it was just the style I was after. I just wish they had extended hours. I’ll definitely return to grab more wigs.

"I’d give 100 stars if I could!"
I’d give 100 stars if I could! Over the past five years of wearing wigs, I’ve probably checked out every wig site out there. But once I found Wig Salon, especially thanks to Joe Estes, I realized I wouldn’t need to search anywhere else. If I’m after something specific and it’s not listed on the site, I can reach out to Joe via call, email, or text anytime, and he usually responds super quick. With each order, Joe makes me feel like I’m his top priority, like I’ve got my own personal shopper. If I’m in a hurry, he’ll even call the vendor to get it shipped out fast. He knows his stuff about wigs and always looks out for ways to save me cash. Honestly, he seems almost too good to be real.

WigSalon is the one place I trust completely. They've always delivered on service, integrity, and product quality. I'm particularly fond of Angelica from the Noriko collection. WigSalon offers the best prices around. Their hair products are fantastic too. The descriptions and suggestions they provide are consistently accurate.

These wigs are truly beautiful, and the prices are fantastic when they’re on sale. There are so many lovely styles to choose from, but I’ve had a tough time matching colors between different wig brands. Each brand has its own way of naming colors, and the hues shown in photos can be pretty misleading. Having shopped for wigs for twenty years, I’ve picked up a few tips along the way. I always find myself returning to Wig Salon. My suggestion? Keep an eye out for sales, use the VIP code, and be cautious about color matching if you’re buying from various brands. You’re sure to fall head over heels for the wigs available here.

“We deliver exactly what you order. Every time. For over 21 years. Often people post their own subjective view of what they receive. That i s because people OFTEN order wigs they dont like - and dont know until they get it. For that reason, no department store will EVER sell wigs. People often don t notice that until I say it. I suggest you email me personally - diane@wigsalon.com - tell me what you want - we'll go over the color etc. and we will get it 100% right. Diane”

I HAVE WRITEN THIS COMPANY FOUR LETTERS ABOUT A PURCHASE MADE ON FEBRUARY 24TH.. You withdrew 140 dollars from my Paypal account for an item i paid more for to expedite the shipping. I'm leaving Wed and was assured of delivery before then. Hearing nothing from you, I,ve alerted Paypal of fraudulent business transactions andI suggest that the original amount is refunded by tomorrow. From simlliar complains in your reviews, I think it would be a favor to future customers to read the BBB's report before they shop with you. I'll thank you ahead of time for refunding money. “I have. No problem. Sent two back as I didn't like color. Reordered two different color. I never wore the two returned. Folded right back up into box. No problem”

I have read some really bad reviews about you guys. I just ordered a wig that is not going to work for me. Both the style and the color are wrong. Also, the wig [I paid $200 at half price] seems very thin to me. Now I'm afraid that if I return it I will never hear from you again. I ordered from you because you claimed to have such good service. Please reassure me that if I return my wig I will get another in a timely manner.
